At Sarasota Wellness, we believe personalized, physician-led care should be seamless, proactive, and designed around your life—not dictated by rushed appointments or insurance limitations. Our concierge model offers comprehensive wellness planning, advanced testing, and immediate access to your provider for a truly elevated healthcare experience. We also believe in complete price transparency- a novel idea in current medical climates. We are directly owned and operated by physicians and therefore are flexible to meet the needs of patients. Yearly members are based on age and health status with discounts for healthcare workers, families and businesses. Season passes for snowbirds are available as well as one time visits for advanced testing and aesthetic services. We wish that everyone could have primary care that resembles this model, and also recognize, not everyone can afford this. Even if this model is affordable, we hope that you value the care and dedication we provide.

Annual Concierge Membership

$3,000–$9,000/year (Most healthy adults average $5,000)
